When did Sonos go from a great idea/product to such a crap product? Speakers are great but the system sucks…so disappointing.  Friends who have Sonos all say the same thing…can’t connect and when you do it’s intermittent.

I’m not seeing the issues you mention, neither are members of our family, or friends in their Homes. The Sonos setup is working okay with the new Sonos App. Things are also working fine with voice services, AirPlay and ‘direct control’ too.

If you and some friends are encountering issues, then it maybe best to reproduce the issue(s) seen and immediately submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to help you to resolve the matter.
