Having downloaded my music to Sonos numerous song titles are missing ie. (1 CP SCP Side One01 -1mp3) I therefore cannot tell what track I am playing on a particular album can I rectify this?

It wouldn’t hurt to look at your music tracks with a tag editor to make sure nothing got corrupted there.

Probably worth checking that the missing tracks meet the supported audio formats . It isn’t a case where all .mp3s can be ‘read’ by Sonos.
You also may need to ‘update your library’ in the Sonos controller.
Sonos itself doesn’t store music, so there really isn’t a way to ‘download music into Sonos’ , you can only point Sonos to a place where the music is stored.
