When listening to Spotify playlists, the same song plays over and over, even in the shuffle mode

I’ve tested with my system and I’m able to play different tracks without them repeating the same song, both in and out of shuffle mode.

The first thing is to make sure that you haven’t set it to repeat the same track by tapping the now playing section at the bottom of the app. If it’s not highlighted, then I’d make sure your app and speakers are up to date, the most recent software version is listed on our release notes page.

If everything is on the latest version, power off your router, Sonos speakers, and device running the Sonos app for around one minute, then power them back on in that order. 

Try a playlist after doing the steps above and let me know if you’re still having the same issue. I hope this information helps!
