Some Global Player podcasts have vanished.

Hi. The News Agents has disappeared from Sonos and News Agents US has never been able to play. any fix for this does anyone know? Thanks

I’m sorry to hear you’re missing content when using Sonos. Some content may be geo-restricted, though this depends on the music service and the content itself, which may explain why News Agents US isn’t able to play. For the missing podcast, are you able to see it and play it on Global Players own app? If so, try a different controller, such as another phone, the web app, or the desktop controller and see if it’s showing when you search.

If that doesn’t help, then I’d recommend reaching out to our support team for further assistance with them as they have the necessary tools available to look into your system and troubleshoot this issue with you.
