Sorry to hear of this issue you have with the alarm Snooze function not working.

We’re not currently tracking any such issues, so let’s see if we can do something about this.

Please try resetting the Sonos app: User Icon » App Preferences » Reset App » Reset. Once done, reopen the app and opt to connect to an existing system and sign in with your Sonos account.

If that has not resolved the issue, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
