Save yourself some time and just uninstall Alexa from in my case just from one sonos 1 speaker and then re-install it using the app on your phone. Tried at least 20 write ups on what to do and none worked. I still can’t get the app on my pc to recognize this device and amazon alexa does not appear on the list of services that can be added.
