I have just bought an era 300 and set up the new app (have an old Play 5 with Sonos 1 controller).  Trueplay set up goes into a loop so I cannot set it up and the slider volume control just pops back every time so cannot use that either.  Really poor app.  I have re-booted phone and still nothing working.  Any solutions?

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble tuning your Sonos Era 300 with Trueplay and also experiencing issues with the Sonos App.

There are a couple things you could try:

  1. Make sure everything is up to date - Update your Sonos speakers.
  2. Reboot everything to refresh the network connections with the following order - Router → Sonos → Controller (Smartphone/Tablet)
