I applied the latest update on April 9, 2025. The sleep timer is yet again missing.

Moderator edit: Removed picture containing Sonos ID and no useful info.

I’ve read this is only a problem if you use Deezer. Are you using Deezer too?

The icon leading to the sleep timer function was missing from my wife’s iPad yesterday, and now missing from my iPad today (also on Ver 80.18.27). Fingers crossed the sleep timer function is restored in the next bug fix release.

No, not using Deezer.

Thanks for confirming the issue, MzuzuNyasa. Highly frustrating that an essential feature can be removed like that. I feel like I’m done with Sonos.

Same with mine. Very frustrating.
Sonos please sort this out and your dev testing. To remove features is becoming a joke.

Yet again.  Sleep timer is an essential for people who listen to go to sleep.  Particularly if you use audiobooks - put it on a Chapter 3 wake up to Chapter 60.

Basically a premium product that has become the laughing stock of the industry.  I am so tired of difficult connection, slow response, crap volume control and bits missed off software updates.  If I hadn’t spent over £2k on my system it would be in the skip

That’s strange… I use iOS Sonos app version 80.18.27 on iPhone and iPad and both show the sleep timer as usual. So what could be the difference….? I use iPhone 14 and iPad 10 both on latest iOS / iPadOS 18.4.

We know Sonos can enable/disable functionality, Same app version doesn’t 🟰 same features.

Yes, they can… but malke use of it very rarely. Just because Sonos used this feature lately (and of course announced this) for the controlled rollout of Sonos playlists, I don’t think they will use it now (not announced) to restrain the sleep timer option. For what reason should they do so and also not communicate this!?

Perhaps their features server is as buggy as their app. Or perhaps they need to reboot their router?

I think the sleep timer is a Chinese import product and Sonos can't afford to buy one for each user since the import taxes were exploding. 🤣
