sleep timer doesn't work with Radio Paradise service

Since the last app update, I am no longer able to set the sleep timer when listening to Radio Paradise through the RP service. It isn’t an issue when playing any other content, nor even if listening to RP though TuneIn. 

The message on the pop-up tab which would normally display the sleep timer option as well as other options, states “Unable to load. Some information is missing from this content”.

Is this a Sonos app issue or a problem with the RP service?

I am sorry to hear of this issue you are having with having no options such as Sleep Timer available when listening to Radio Paradise content.

Thanks for flagging this issue - I was able to reproduce this behaviour in my own testing and have reported it up the chain.

I don’t know if this is on Radio Paradise or us to fix, but you’ve certainly done what’s needed to get someone to investigate! Thanks again!
