I have removed sonos app, siriusxm app, removed siriusxm from sonos app and added it back as well as rebooted router and still get ‘something went wrong’ when trying to play anything from siriusxm. streaming works in siriusxm app.

If you’ve rebooted your router and  Sonos speakers already, I’d suggest it is time to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it, as you’ve done everything I could think of.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Oh, though, before you call, there was a firmware update today, and an Android update, if you’re using an Android device as a controller. I’d update those and test before calling in. Just to save time, as I suspect the first thing they say would be that process. ;)

I am so tired of the messages ..” Something went wrong”, “no products found”, speakers not playing audio when the screen has content selected, and indicates playing activity.

I'm getting to the end of my rope with Sonos, after spending thousands of $$$$ on my house system.
