SiriusXM station 88 (NFL Radio) station on Sonos says it doesn’t exist when it does. how to correct this?

If you are able to play any of the SiriusXM channels, then everything is as it should be on your side.
Some channels being available while others are not is something only SiriusXM would be able to resolve - I recommend you contact them directly.
Please note that other devices being able to play the channel simply means that the server SiriusXM maintains for third-party connections - like from Sonos devices - is behaving differently from their primary server.
