Welcome to the Sonos Community and thank you for reaching out with your issue.
If you are not able to access any music service through the Sonos app, try the following steps to resolve this issue.
- Reboot your router by unplugging it from power for approximately 1 minute.
- Reboot your Sonos products by unplugging them for about 15 seconds each.
- Reauthorize your Music service if you are still not able to access the service content.
- For Sirius/XM specifically, verify that you are able to use your log-in credentials on this Sirius/XM site.
- If you are, try removing Sirius/XM from Sonos and then add it back.
If none of this works, submit a diagnostic report from your Sonos app and respond with the confirmation number so we can take a look at your system.
