Hi there, I’m trying to adjust some settings but before I even get there I’m told to sign out then sign back in again. When I attempt to do this I get the exact same message. What gives?! I’ve got a little too much bass coming out of my sub and I just want to turn it down a little.
Try forcing the controller to stop and restarting may help. I just reboot the tablet I use as it is easier.
Reset the app by going to Account > App Preferences > Reset App
Thanks for the answers, unfortunately they haven’t helped. I’ve also tried installing the app on an Android device and had the same issue (I’m on an iPhone 15).
The system still works, I just can’t edit it in any way or add any new devices - or see recently played or trending music.
I guess I could completely “rebuild” the system but worried something will go wrong and I’ll have a silent house over Christmas. That wouldn’t be good!
As someone who works in Software development I have a degree of sympathy to Sonos but they should have this sorted by now. Just go back to the old app FFS!
