Sign in to Sonos always failed from iOS app

Starting probable a few weeks ago, I could not sign in to Sonos from my iOS app anymore. When I tried to sign in, the app took me to login.sonos.com. But everytime I got the same “incorrect email or password” error message. I am 100% sure that my email and password combination is correct. In fact I can log in to sonos just fine with the same email and password from a laptop computer, so I am not sure what goes wrong with the iPhone.

Right now I can only see my speekers from my iPhone and play music, but I can not add or remove any services. Does anyone have the same issue? Please help me. Thanks.

It sure sounds like you have more than one ‘Sonos account’. Have you checked the manage your account FAQ?
 

A few months ago, there were some reports that a very few people were transferring their account to the same email that they’d been using before. Seems odd to me, but it might be worth a shot.

A few months ago, there were some reports that a very few people were transferring their account to the same email that they’d been using before. Seems odd to me, but it might be worth a shot.
