Starting probable a few weeks ago, I could not sign in to Sonos from my iOS app anymore. When I tried to sign in, the app took me to login.sonos.com. But everytime I got the same “incorrect email or password” error message. I am 100% sure that my email and password combination is correct. In fact I can log in to sonos just fine with the same email and password from a laptop computer, so I am not sure what goes wrong with the iPhone.
Right now I can only see my speekers from my iPhone and play music, but I can not add or remove any services. Does anyone have the same issue? Please help me. Thanks.
