Does any one have a fix for not being able to sign in as system owner and customer support telling you that you don’t have the correct credentials to sign in?? I am baffled as to why this is happening and I have 2 different locations so the factory reset solution would be a nightmare resetting multiple devices and hoping it would all sync up again.  It’s also crazy that customer support acts like they have never heard of this problem and clearly there a many people with this problem.

More than likely your system is not registered to the account you think it is.  You need to transfer ownership to another account.  Go to Settings » Manage » Transfer System Ownership » Continue to do so. Make sure your whole Sonos system is online in the app when you do so.
