Sonos is playing via Alexa but the app can’t find my products?

Are you using a VPN on your phone? If so turn it off.

Stop the playback via Alexa. Then turn off your router at the wall. Fully close/quit the Sonos app.

Leave it two mins, then turn the router back on and let it fully reboot. Give it another 2-3 mins after that for the speakers to re-connect to the router (they will all have a white light). 

Then re-open the Sonos app, and see if things return to normal.
