I have tried to connect my shared music library with te Sonos app. The path worked well. But than I had to fill in a username and pass word.

My question is which type (apple, Sonos, iTunes, etc) user name and pass word I have to fill in? I have no clue which type to fill in.

Kind regards fort any help

Use the username and password for whichever computer, server, device, or gadget is storing the files for the shared music library.

In my case for the library in my NAS I had to use the NAS login.  For the library in my Windows 10 PC I had to use the password that I setup for the Local User account on the PC.  If you lookup how to setup a Local User account on Windows PC there is a lot of good info.
