Setting up Music Library on an NAS

I am running a Sonos S1 controller with a series 1 Sonos 3, Sonos 5 and Connect.

I have been trying to set up a music library on my Western Digital NAS, MyCloud Home, but keep getting the reponse error 900 which then wants me to change the server stack in my windows registry.

Is this for real? Surely there must be some other way?

S1 is only compatible with SMB v1 shares.  Your NAS is more than likely defaulting to SMB v2 or v3.  You need to enable it for SMB v1.
