I have just bought a 2024 model of Sonos Beam. When I try to install it into my existing system, I get error message 1002. I have reinstalled the product 5-7 times, but I keep getting the same message 'There is an update for your product.' I press update, but I only end up with error message 1002. Can anyone give me a tip on what I can do?"
