At least once a week I am unable to use the search in the app. It appears as though it is going to search and then goes back to the Home Screen. Without fail I can search if I close and reopen the app.
********** is a recent Diag.
Does anybody else experience this?

Please remove the diagnostic reference ID. That is considered as “Identifiable Info” by Sonos to protect your security.
To your question….
Make sure your device OS is up-to-date as well as the Sonos App. After verifying that your device is up-to date I suggest the following:
Delete the Sonos app
Upon reinstalling select “Join and Existing System”
Wait for your system to be found
Sign-in with your credentials
Try search feature
Let us know the outcome.

That’s what I thought I should be able to do - strangely it doesn’t let me edit my original post - just my reply…
That’s very strange 🤔. Try refreshing your browser. If the issue persists reach out to a Moderator and advise them of the issue as it could be something gone wrong with Gainsght.

I performed these steps and the symptom continues. I’m able to type 3-5 letters, see a spinning circle briefly and the search closes bringing me back to Home Screen. I recorded the behavior. Without fail ending the app makes the search work again.
