I cannot scroll down beyond a certain point when I want to choose an artist to listen to in the Amazon Music app within the Sonos app. It doesn't happen when I use the Amazon Music app alone. How can I fix this problem. 

I’ve seen discussions of limits on the number of tracks from Amazon, give the forums a search and see if your problem matches any of the others.

It may be a timing issue between your Sonos and Amazon.
