saavn not working

Once again saavn is not working. It just says error when I click on the music service.

If you’ve done the normal checking for port blocking process, as well as removing Saavn from your controller, waiting two minutes, then reinstalling it, I would call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Thanks, Bruce! I reconnected then it started working again. 

 

What is so different about Saavn that it is so temperamental compared to the other music services. I've never had a problem with any other service yet this one continues to fail for different reasons.

Next time you have an issue with Saavn, simply try reauthorising the music service in the Sonos app.

Not sure, honestly…and I’m not convinced it is ‘only’ Saavn, as I don’t have any data to support that idea, one way or another, much less why it wasn’t working in the first place.
