Once again saavn is not working. It just says error when I click on the music service.

If you’ve done the normal checking for port blocking process, as well as removing Saavn from your controller, waiting two minutes, then reinstalling it, I would call Sonos Support to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
