Your system is S1, but you cannot download the S1 app? Strange.

Hi so my ipad is still on S1 and my music is still there and accessible but on my iPhone I’ve updated to the S2 version and my music isn’t there anymore? So sonos said 3 months ago it was a ‘glitch’ and were fixing it but as of yet haven’t? And when I try to upload S1 it’s not letting me
