S2 app greyed out settings

After clicking on the settings option the app has the top 4 settings greyed out.

That suggests either the controller doesn’t match the software on the speakers, or you’re not properly logged in.

Try going to settings, system, system updates, check for updates, or go to settings, Sonos account, and log in.
