I cannot get the s2 app to load onto my iPhone and iPad. I phoned support and they said to disable private WiFi address. This worked for a short time but has disconnected again and refuses to reconnect. Looking for assistance here as a 2 hour wait for help does not appeal.

I recommend not thinking about Sonos products for the next few weeks. They have created a bit of a fuff with some customers. There is no way to get the old app back, so iPhone and iPad users just need to wait for them to complete the development of the new app. It’s not ready for mass consumption, and a recent post shows the timeline to get things back to normal extends 4 weeks out.
