I had trouble connecting to both Play1 and Play 3 from my phone. Now that I have resolved that issue and am reconnected my playlists are missing from the Sonos App. How do I retrieve them?

Use the Desktop app or third party to access your Sonos playlists, mobile lost this feature.
However, if you had factory reset both devices as a part of the “trouble” then those playlists are gone forever.
