restoring an accidental thumbs down

I accidentally thumbs down on a favorite artist’s song and now none of the artist’s songs play. How can I correct the thumbs down and restore the artist.

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

To undo the Thumbs Down you gave an Artist on Pandora, I believe you’d either need to use the Pandora app or website, or go with ​@AlwaysJammin’s advice, if that does not work.

Depends on which music service yoj were listening to.

It's been quite awhile since I was in their forum but I know there where solid admins that could go in and sort things out.  I seem to remember as well there are functions via browser login that could help but I might be wrong on that one.  It's been a while.
