I sent an email to ceo@sonos.com and got a reply. This was the same defensive reply as others have received.

So I replied outlining why this did not really address my concerns.

I have just received a reply to my reply and it is basically the same text as the reply that I expressed my concerns to.

They really are not listening all they are doing is sending the same PR message.

You are emailing an email bot. 


I wonder what kind of reception an apology would get now?
