Repeat… gone. vanished.

 This is missing from your Now Playing screen??

Yyyup! I have pause back and next. Song title is also missing, says No Content - which I think has always been like that? Song title shows up when I got to ‘Your sources → Music Library.’ Shuffle is available from that menu, but still no loop. I think it used to be under one of the … menus. Not there. Also strange… I can’t ‘pin to home.’ If I do, the Home Screen says ‘No longer available. Select Edit Home to remove it.’ Removing and re-adding doesn’t work either. Have also tried re-adding the share. FWIW when I set an alarm using this file it does loop indefinitely. Ugh. Also soooo frustrating that I can no longer play from local library without an internet connection!!!

YES, more very frustrating missing features on the iPhone App. I do see the “Repeat” and “Shuffle” functions in the Desktop App and it works using my Local Library. Also the Desktop App shows the name of the song and Album playing.  BUT, these features are just missing from the iPhone App,On the iPhone, the local library song playing says “No Content”, and the “Repeat” and “Shuffle” feature buttons are missing on the iPhone App.  All my Apps are the latest version with “autoupdate” on.

Weird, don’t know why more people aren’t also having this issue

So this is Music Library only? On Android or iOS?

For my iPhone App;   the “Repeat” and “Shuffle” feature is not there when playing any song, Pandora, Sonos, Local Library etc.  And, playing a song from my Local Library is the only time I see the erroneous “No Content” song title, even though the song title was there when I picked it to play.

I’m having the same problem. Additionally, it’s crashing a lot. A lot like a few times a minute while I was trying to find that repeat button.

I’ve got the exact same issue and these problems are driving me crazy. I have over 20 Sonos products in my home and have about had it with them. The whole ‘No Content’ thing should not be there. A week ago I had that, but could also play a song on loop (brown noise at night) and had the repeat and shuffle buttons. My workaround right now is to Airplay it directly from Apple Music. I’ve deleted and reinstalled both apps, reset the app, re-authorized my Apple Music account and everything else I’ve read. None of that works. The app is still FUBAR. 

What did they say when you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

That this is the first time they’ve heard this. They took my diagnostic and are supposed to call me back after an engineer reviews it. The controls are still there on the Windows app, just gone on my iOS devices. 

Edit reread your post and saw you already tried my suggestion. 

Same issue, I use a pair of One SL’s in my kids rooms to play “Spa music” from my local Synology NAS to help with sleep on single track repeat. Now the only way to do this is from my Mac desktop app. So frustrating! Please bring it back to the IOS app. Also getting the “No Content” on the song title.

I came here cause I have the exact scenario and issue. I recently upgraded to the S2 app and now I’ve been regretting it! It took me 2 days just to re-add my devices, and now this!

I have the same issue. Have a song in favorites that I always play on repeat. But when it plays it shows “no content” and I’m guessing that’s why there’s no repeat button.

However, I found a workaround and that is to long press the song so a menu slides up. Press play now and voila!
