Hi all. Ive just got my new era 300s. Ive taken the old one sl's off the room on the app but am i best deleting and reinstalling the app before setting up the era 300s? Thank you

No, there is no need to delete and reinstall the app when adding new speakers to your system.
Just connect the new speakers to power and follow the app prompts to add to your system.
Edit: it is best if you have the One SLs connected and visible in the app so that all data (ie. Sonos playlists, favourites, Home Screen layout etc) is copied across to the Era 300s during setup.
