Reconnecting Sonos to new Iphone and ITunes Account

After spending hours in a loop of re-authorise / log into your Sonos account misery I resorted to deleting Sonos and ITunes apps from my phone (iPhone 15) / reset my Sonos speakers and started over. I downloaded the Sonos app, connected the speakers and then the WiFi. I was then able to add back my iTunes account. It took 15 minutes!

I couldn’t find any helpful suggestions online so resorted to a complete reset - it worked but surely shouldn’t be this hard!

Sorry you had the issue you described. Glad you resolved it 😊.

  1. However, can you tell us what brought you to the point whereupon you were in a loop to re-authorize/log into Sonos? 
  2. Your post title mentions a new iPhone and later you clarify it as an iPhone 15 which is not a new model. Information on that will be helpful was well.

Only asking so it can be determined as to what suggestions we might offer to prevent a repeat of the issue.
