Reconnecting Beam to Panasonic TH-55FZ950U tv after using Spotify

Hi After tuning into Spotify on the Beam and linked speakers the Beam failed to reconnect to the tv through the ARC cable connection.  The Beam still connects to the Sonos app for music and radio services but no the tv. The message I keep getting is that no ARC conncetion deteced.  I have tried all sugestions for reconnection from the chat forum.  Any final solutions please?

Problem now solved aftrer i disconnected all other devices connected to the tv and then reconnected.
