I have a Roam 2 and an Era 100. I cannot get the app to recognise them both at the same time. They are on the same network and are recognised individually if the other is switched off. I'm not trying to stereo pair them as that's not poss but it would be nice to have them playing the same music in different t rooms. Is it just me being a muppet or what?

I suspect what may be happening is they were set up as two different systems. Try a factory reset on only one of them. Then reopen your controller, connect to the ‘other’ one, and use the ‘add a device’ function in the controller. This should put both devices in the same ‘system’, so you can see them both at all times.

Thanks for your advice. I suspected this reason but haven't tried the reset as yet. Will try.

Remember, all data will be erased from the device that you factory reset. Including all playlists, streaming companies, network information, etc. it will be as if you pulled it from the Box. However, once you ‘add’ it, it will copy all the data from your ‘other’ speaker.

That worked. Thanks.
