Recent app update, considering quitting Sonos

Loyal Sonos customer of more than 5 years, I am considering selling all my Sonos products (5+) and switching. System has become incredibly unreliable, different products missing at different times, frequently the whole Sonos network is not available. No customer support available. Chats terminated or just held on a que for long times.

Have you run the latest system firmware update?

There's a further app update this week, and likely another firmware update, which might help.

Or you can sell the lot. Sonos has your money already so I’m sure they’d not be that bothered.

Thank you / updated the firmare and app. Have been watching closely for any further updates but silence from Sonos not encouraging
