Unable to connect to RadioApp via the S2 App on my iOS devices.  Means I can’t listen to my local radio stations.  Is it an ad issue?  Updated my phone app 2 days ago.  Am running SONOS via BOOST.  I have multiple devices (i.e. heavily invested) in my SONOS system.

 

Not enough information to really make a determination. Have you submitted a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it?

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
