Where has the content service Radioapp gone? It is no longer available since i upgraded to the new app.
According to https://support.sonos.com/en-us/services/radioapp, it is still a service available in Australia. Have you checked your location settings on your account at www.sonos.com?

Huh. I wonder if the RadioApp server has gone down, since they would be feeding the data to the Sonos system.
In the meantime, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic , and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
