Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way to add a radio station based on its streaming URL, without using TuneIn or any other 3rd party app ? I know this was possible in the past in the SONOS application. If this feature been removed would appreciate to have it being re-introduced.

Thanks for your feedback,

Regards

I think you still follow the instructions in the setting up an internet radio station FAQ. It’s been forever since I’ve needed to do that process, as I remember Sonos used the TuneIn interface to do the work, but you weren’t actually using TuneIn itself.

Sonos Desktop apps still include the ability to add custom URLs, as do all of them if running the S1 app.

Perhaps someone can decipher the streaming URL for open.fm smooth jazz.

I tried this and it did not function.

This site finds streaming urls,  has a lot of “smooth jazz” listed. https://streamurl.link/

Not sure if using the desktop app results in you not having any ads though….
