Why do I have so much trouble resubscribing to Sonos Radio HD?

Hard for us to tell, we have neither access to your account, or your system, or even an awareness of what issues you’re seeing. Have you tried calling Sonos Support to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
