Queue repeats tracks with playlists larger than 100 tracks

Every time I try playing an Amazon Playlist larger than 100 tracks (haven't tested with other providers) the system fails to queue properly. It will load the first 100 tracks correctly, but the remainder of the queue will just be the last few songs in the playlist repeated over and over until the queued track count matches the playlist count. I have tested by adding and removing songs from the playlist with the same result every time. This is especially annoying when shuffling as I'll hear the same 2-4 songs repeatedly with different ones sprinkled in. Is there somewhere I can report this bug other than here? This is all I could find.

You can contact Sonos Support and submit a diagnostic for them add to the existing issue.

There have been ongoing issues loading Amazon Music playlists on Sonos for at least the past 9mths without being resolved.

Tracks either repeat incorrectly in the queue or the queue is truncated in batches of 100 when loaded into the queue. 

In the meantime, you can either use the desktop app or 3rd party apps to correctly load the queue.

I’ve had a topic on this issue for quite a while.  I’ve been using the third party app SonoPhone to load Amazon Music Unlimited user created playlists for a very long time.  After SonoPhone loads the entire playlist it shows correctly in the Sonos app.  I have not yet contacted Sonos concerning this issue.


Thank you guys for the replies. I looked for open threads on this, but couldn't find any. I guess I look at third parties or eat the suffer.

Finding anything here usually requires using an external search engine that allows sorting by date.

Use the search option: site: en.community.sonos.com

To restrict the search to these forums, alter as needed for non-English forums.
