If Japan is indeed set correctly in your account profile then get the Sonos app to check for software/firmware updates. This forces a refresh of the service list.

I have triggered an update check via System -> System Update -> Check for Updates but Qobuz still does not show up.
I found that sometimes removing the country set in the online profiles and then selecting it again in addition to what ratty said about checking for updates is required.
Thanks also to @Belly M but this didn’t work either.
I changed the address to my old place in Austria, and then changed it back to my current address in Japan. No changes.
Then I triggered in addition a check for updates, also with the same outcome, no Qobuz in the list.

Thanks for flagging this. As @ratty rightly points out, Qobuz themselves don’t support Japan, so we therefore cannot support Qobuz in Japan either. We will update our webpage to remove this error - apologies for any confusion caused.

thanks for your answer, but allow me to correct you.Qobuz has entered the Japanese market, with beta testing till now, and full release in December this year.
So please, it would be great if you could actually support Qobuz in Japan!
