Problems with the App - constant update

I have a "Softwate Update" pop-up window but after checking it says "Your System is up to date". Pressing Done and the story repeats... Uninstall of the app is not helping. I have this pop-up message everytime and can't remove it. What could be done? Thanks

@Landy_Series3 I have the same issue too.  On both Android & iOS devices, and perhaps on my Win10 application.  Each time I sart the app and update request pops up, performs some magic then tells me everying is updated.  No way to ignore it.  My guess is the app is looking for feedback from something in my system that doesn’t exist.

Only solution I have found is don’t kill-off/exit the app.
