We have several cell phones connected to the speaker system via my account. I have been able to log in and access my services on every device, except for one (my daughters phone). I can see our speaker system in the app, but not log in to access our services. When I click “log in”, I repeatedly end up on the page below (cannot be reached). I'm also unable to open the sonos website in the Chrome browser on that device while I'm connected to the wifi (the same wifi that recognized my speaker system on that same device!). When I turn the wifi off, I can open the Sonos website over mobile data and log in, but when I turn the wifi back on, the services are not available in the app. I've read through several chats and followed many steps (reinstalling the app, restarting devices and routers, clearing caches etc), but nothing seems to work. Grateful for your advice.

I’m not convinced that yours is an issue with the app. The app doesn’t know if it’s being accessed over WiFi or a wired connection. Have you updated your daughter’s phone?

You also mention the Sonos website as being unreachable over WiFi but reachable over cellular. Here again the Sonos website uses the same address regardless of WiFi or Cellular connection.

I suggest checking for updates for the devices in question.

Something is different on the problem device, VPN, spam or ad blocking or even some of the "helpful" things like the phone invisibily fiddling network connections.
