Hi 

I am having problem to log to my app account with Android,( pixel 7 )  ..I tried all restarted app  and reinstall app restarted my WiFi router and I even disconnected my speaker Symfonik IKEA . I don't have VPN on my phone. 

 

Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

Normally, I’d think a VPN or work profile on the phone, but you say no VPN, so Sonos support may be your best bet.

Oh, if you have a mesh network, you may want to be certain your phone is connected to the same subnet as the speaker, Sonos can’t bridge subnets, and some mesh systems have different subnets for each ‘puck’.
