problem to install Alexa on sonos

Hello! 
 

When I want add voice asistant in sonos app, Alexa appear aded, but not listed on installed asistants and I don’t add in app. 
 

How I do reset the asistants in my sonos account and add Alexa in correct form?

Hi KG.

I reset the speaker (move) and readded to my sonos system and install the skill again and everything is ok.

I would just check to see if Alexa is on the speaker in its rooms settings - in the Sonos App “Settings/System[room name]” - if it is, you can access its settings there and obviously check Alexa is working on the device too. Sonos speakers also work with Amazon Alexa ‘Enabled’ Groups - so you can check the Amazon App to use those and auto-group/ungroup your Sonos speakers and see which speakers have Alexa embedded as a component.
