problem to install Alexa on sonos

Hello!

When I want add voice asistant in sonos app, Alexa appear aded, but not listed on installed asistants and I don’t add in app.

How I do reset the asistants in my sonos account and add Alexa in correct form?

Hi KG.I reset the speaker (move) and readded to my sonos system and install the skill again and everything is ok.Many thanks.

Hello!When I want add voice asistant in sonos app,Alexa appear aded, but not listed on installed asistants and I don’tadd in app.How I do reset the asistants in my sonos account and add Alexa in correct form?Thank you to your comments.I would just check to see if Alexa is on the speaker in its rooms settings - in the Sonos App “Settings/System[room name]” - if it is, you can access its settings there and obviously check Alexa is working on the device too. Sonos speakers also work with Amazon Alexa ‘Enabled’ Groups - so you can check the Amazon App to use those and auto-group/ungroup your Sonos speakers and seewhich speakers have Alexa embedded as a component.
