I use Pocket Casts as a mobile app and on Sonos. On the App I get UK relevant Ads, but on SONOS I get US relevant (UK irrelevant) Ads. Is there any way to switch that? Can't really be doing it for the advertisers!

Can you open your sonos profile on www.sonos.com and check that your location is correct.

Irrespective of whether it’s UK or US, why are we getting adverts on Pocketcasts at all?   These ads are being inserted by Sonos not Pocketcast (and to be clear are not adverts in the podcast itself).

Surely given the appalling year Sonos has had, something like this is going to further irritate its weary users?

 

(Separately, I live in Singapore and therefore I similarly find having US specific adverts - BestBuys, US Army etc etc - unbelievably annoying and presumably advertisers would be pretty irrate to be totally wasting their ad spend).
