Pocket Casts skip forward/back function still missing Sept 2024

I am getting mixed information about the return of the skip forward and skip back buttons in Pocket Casts on the new Sonos app.

It sounds silly, but this one bit of functionality keeps me from using the Sonos app; I now have a less reliable experience running the separate Pocket Casts app and using Airplay.

Is this functionality returning?
