Beginning this week, I can no longer play any podcasts from Pocket Casts. I have restarted the speakers, the router, updated everything to 12.2.1 (build 61183170) but whenever I try to play any podcast, I get the following: “An error occurred while adding tracks to the Queue (701).” (I’ve also attached a screen shot of the error.)

Is it just me?

Not just you.  This began yesterday (Wed. 11/18) for me.

About a 3 year old Sonos Play One.

Rebooted Sonos speaker, router.  Factory reset sonos and re-added it (it’s my only device and thus essentially recreated my sonos system).  Re-added Pocketcast.

No joy.

Same problem here - I can’t get any new (released Nov 18 or later) episodes to play on Pocket Casts, but older episodes (released November 17 or earlier) still work.

Same problem. Other services that I’ve tried continue to work, but I cannot get anything to play from Pocket Casts.

Two questions. Has anyone submitted a system diagnostic to Sonos? And has anyone contacted Pocket Casts to see if the issue is with their servers, and not on Sonos’ side?

I have not yet contacted Sonos while I waited to see if it was just me or if more than me was having the issue. Now that we know the issue isn’t with any specific user, the issue should be easily reproducible by either Sonos and/or Pocket Casts. Here’s hoping it gets fixed sooner than later.

It seems that Sonos is on it: https://status.sonos.com/

Same here as well, been using the Pocket Casts app via AirPlay to the Sonos as a workaround. I’ve had a lot of connection problems with Pocket Casts over the last few months but Sonos support found nothing and said it was the Pocket Casts API supplied to Sonos. Who knows but I hope they fix it.

Has anyone heard a reply on this?
