I usually listen to 'Radio One' but today I am trying to listen to 'Radio Six'...

I choose Radio Six and it brings up Radio One. It won't change so I close and reopen the app. I have to do this alot. 

It reopens and shows me Radio Six. Good. So I press play, but the content it plays is from Radio One…

So, I go and choose Radio One. And guess what? I am currently listening to the content of Radio Six but the Sonos app says it is playing Radio One.

 

Wtf

 

Such a terrible, slow & glitches app. 

 

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. But don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
