I have a WMA album that I’m trying to play through the Astiga music service.

When I play the album, the album loads into the play queue but then just skips through all the tracks.

If I download the files, they have this information from ffmpeg:

Input #0, asf, from '/tmp/test.wma':

Stream #0:0(eng): Audio: wmav2 (a[1][0][0] / 0x0161), 44100 Hz, stereo, fltp, 192 kb/s

Might there me a specific lack of support for wmav2 (a[1][0][0] / 0x0161), 44100 Hz, stereo, fltp, 192 kb/s ?

Other files play fine, although I haven’t found a WMA file that does yet.

For anyone who comes across this thread, an issue has been found with playback of WMA files, and it will be resolved in a future update.

Hi @Astiga

Thanks for reaching out. This is a user community - if you are experiencing issues with the music service that you manage, please reach out to our Solution Architects via the appropriate channels for support, as the community is not an appropriate place to ask for such assistance. Thank you.

Incidentally, @Astiga, our internal documentation for the Astiga service does not list WMA as a supported format - that might be an indication of a good starting point.

I hope this helps.
